Florida Hurricanes COVID-19 Statement

Dear Hurricanes Baseball Family

Florida Hurricanes Baseball is taking the necessary precautions to keep players and family members protected against COVID-19 as recommended by the CDC. As we continue to converse with the baseball community it is all our gaol to play summer baseball in 2020

In conversing with our tournament and showcase hosts all tournaments and events are currently still scheduled as planned for the late spring and summer. In the event that additional restrictions are made to early tournaments we will be rescheduling those events.

We ask that in this time of suspended on field activity that you use this opportunity to prep for the summer 2020 season. Please use this opportunity to make your hotel reservations, train and send player training or in game highlight video to our social media accounts using the direct messaging option on Twitter (@Flhurricanes) or Instagram (@floridahurricanes).

When sending video please remember to include Full Name, position, HS, Grad class, and social media handles. This will help us to push out information on social media supporting our Florida Hurricanes players.

Keeping everyone safe is the Florida Hurricanes Baseball program’s number one priority. We will continue to keep all families informed on a regular basis through email correspondence as well as Social Media. Follow @Flhurricanes on Twitter and @floridahurricanes on Instagram for updates
